Cancellations and Substitutions
You may cancel your registration without penalty by submitting a written notice at least two weeks before the event date. Send your notice to: DestinyLiving 222 N. Verde, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. Faxed or emailed notices are not acceptable.

You may also send a substitute to attend the seminar in your place. Please note if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.
